About Lori Robicheau (She/Her)
Lori Robicheau helps teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being. Through LifeStance Health, she provides therapy services for individuals, couples, and families across New Hampshire, supporting patients who are seeking help for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Lori creates a welcoming, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Lori has extensive experience working with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life transition concerns. Her clinical approach is tailored to the unique needs of each patient and may incorporate evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She works with teens, adults, and seniors and offers support for concerns including anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also providing care for many additional mental health conditions and life stressors. A particular area of passion for Lori is helping individuals and families facing education-related challenges. She has special interest and experience in working with behavioral concerns, classroom difficulties, school-related stress, and issues that may affect academic success. Lori understands how emotional, behavioral, and environmental factors can impact learning and development, and she partners with patients and families to identify effective strategies that promote growth, resilience, and positive outcomes both in and outside of school settings. In addition to individual therapy, Lori provides couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management services. She values a strengths-based approach that recognizes each person’s abilities while addressing obstacles that may be interfering with their goals. Whether supporting someone through a difficult life transition, relationship concerns, or ongoing mental health treatment, Lori focuses on helping patients develop skills that support lasting well-being. Outside of her clinical work, Lori enjoys traveling with her family, camping, spending time near the ocean, knitting, sewing, baking, and reading. These personal interests reflect her appreciation for creativity, connection, balance, and lifelong learning. Lori earned her education through Northern Vermont University and the University of Vermont & State Agricultural College and has been dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their mental health and quality of life. Patients throughout New Hampshire seeking compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, school-related concerns, and other mental health needs are encouraged to Book Online to get started.
