Julia has over 10 years of mental health experience in private and community mental health. She utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness and holistic approaches to support change for better health and well-being. She believes the mind and body work together to create a happy healthy and productive life worth living. She specializes in individuals with Autism and parents of those with special needs, anger management, grief and end of life, in addition to working with other challenges and conditions such as depression and anxiety. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, quilting, her cat, and DIY projects around the house
