Jane Quigley helps adults and seniors in New Hampshire overcome emotional challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change through compassionate, individualized mental health care. She supports adults at every stage of life, offering a calm, respectful therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate anxiety, mood changes, and life stressors. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and break free from the cycle of addiction. Jane is especially committed to supporting recovery from PTSD and substance use, helping clients understand the roots of their experiences, reduce shame, rebuild self-trust, and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term emotional stability and sobriety. This work is at the heart of her practice and reflects her dedication to restoring hope and self-direction. Her primary clinical specialties include alcohol and drug use issues, PTSD/trauma, and anxiety. Areas of focus include depression, later life transitions, and sleep disturbances, with additional areas of support available. She works with populations such as individuals with autism spectrum disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military/veteran populations. Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to strengthen emotional regulation, reduce distress, and improve daily functioning. She provides individual therapy services for adults and older adults. Jane has been providing clinical care since 2017 and practices at LifeStance Health. Outside of her professional work, she finds joy in fiber arts such as spinning, knitting, weaving, and needle felting. She also loves music, dancing, singing, and playing instruments such as the djembe and dulcimer, and enjoys creatively integrating expressive arts into the healing process when clients are interested.
