Mara DuToit helps children, teens, and adults across New Hampshire move beyond feeling stuck by building practical skills that create lasting emotional change. As a Marriage & Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy that focuses on helping clients regain a sense of control, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives.

Mara specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also supporting concerns such as ADHD, life transitions, and relationship stress. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more effective ways of thinking and responding. Her approach is active, goal-oriented, and designed to help clients see meaningful progress both in and outside of sessions. She offers additional areas of support tailored to each individual’s needs.

She is especially passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to teens and adults—helping them build emotional resilience and confidence. Mara creates a collaborative, empowering environment where clients learn to take actionable steps toward change, rather than staying stuck in cycles of distress. She also has experience supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and military veterans, and brings an understanding of the unique stressors these groups may face.

Outside of her clinical work, Mara enjoys creative and active pursuits such as interior design, jewelry making, knitting, skiing, hiking, and following the NFL. These interests reflect her belief in balance, creativity, and the importance of engaging in meaningful activities that support overall well-being.

Mara DuToit provides therapy services for children, teens, and adults throughout New Hampshire with a focus on empowerment, growth, and real-world change.
