About Tracy Kittle (She/Her)
Tracy Kittle helps adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients across New Hampshire who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Tracy is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives. A significant focus of Tracy’s work is helping individuals affected by ADHD, school avoidance, and women’s issues. She is passionate about supporting clients as they work through obstacles that impact daily functioning, relationships, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. Tracy partners with each person to identify strengths, build effective coping strategies, and develop a clear path toward personal growth and greater confidence. Tracy works with children and adolescents, teens, and adults, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop healthier patterns of behavior. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she has experience supporting individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. Before entering practice, Tracy earned her degree from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. She brings a collaborative and strengths-based perspective to therapy, helping clients build resilience while working toward lasting emotional wellness. Outside of her clinical work, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with her children, attending live music events, playing on a local recreational softball team, exploring the outdoors, visiting art galleries, creating arts and crafts, practicing meditation, and strength training. Through LifeStance Health, Tracy provides mental health therapy services to individuals throughout New Hampshire. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or challenges related to school, relationships, or life transitions, she is dedicated to helping clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
