Alissa Allen, LCMHC, provides compassionate and evidence-based therapy to adults across New Hampshire, supporting individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and complex personal histories. Serving clients ages 18 through 64, she helps patients explore meaningful change through individualized care that promotes emotional resilience and personal growth. Alissa offers in-person and telehealth sessions through LifeStance Health, allowing flexible access to therapy for people throughout the state. With deep expertise in ADHD, trauma, and anxiety, Alissa works with individuals experiencing chronic stress, executive dysfunction, or past emotional wounds.
