LifeStance has a great Clinical Staff, my Medication Manager is terrific helping me with my meds and when reducing the amount so to stop using them. If you have any questions contacting her is very easy to do. Also my Therapist was great, at this time I am no longer needing any Therapy for the purpose I started with. In the near future I will continue to contact LifeStance, they were so helpful with all I have needed and I surely will be happy when I address another issues I am preparing to start.

First time using LifeStance for a telehealth visit and they sent no instructions or even a link to meet with the doctor called them twice just before appointment and sent me the same email twice the office personnel and coordinator need better training for people who are not TECH SAVVY but after googling directions on life stance telehealth and made it through in time for my appointment the doctor was awesome to meet with and really listened to my issues Dr M/F

LifeStance health has been absolutely wonderful. They have really helped me, I have tried other counselors/physiatrists and have never found people I have worked so well with. They are flexible, and accommodating. The locations when going in office are convenient, however if it wasn’t for the VirtualVisit’s I’m not sure I would be able to go as often as I need. The phone and office staff are always so nice and willing to help.

Sherry has been a great source of support during a difficult time. From dealing with the office staff to sitting with Sherry has been a very smooth process. She is understanding and compassionate. Took the time to actually listen and was very knowledgeable in explaining medications in terms that were easily understood. Highly recommend this office and especially Sherry.

The best thing I can say about LifeStance is about their expertise in the latest treatments plus a sense of instant trust. Counseling sessions aren't for chat, but to work (gently) with the patient in resolving their problems. The latest methods and treatments are available to assist the patient in their work.
