Ashley McInnis, LCMHC Ashley McInnis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2019. It was her own therapeutic experience that inspired Ashley to follow this path and became a driving force to fulfill her passion of helping others manage the ongoing stressors of life. Ashley uses a variety of evidence-based approaches and a majority of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy inspired techniques that build on strengths, increase productive thinking, and challenges what holds you back from achieving a peaceful life.
