Danielle Strolia is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2021. Danielle strives to provide a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere for her clients, a place where it feels safe to explore whatever it is that brings them to therapy. She is a firm believer in using an integrative approach tailored to fit the needs of the client. She is trained in EMDR and also has experience in implementing other evidence-based treatments such as CBT and ACT for mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Danielle has extensive knowledge of the treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns and is especially passionate about working with this population. Additionally, she incorporates a psychodynamic lens while exploring topics such as codependency, attachment styles, and self-worth. Outside of work, Danielle loves exploring new places around the city, spending time with her three dogs, reading, cycling, and going to karaoke bars!
