I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Darien Raggobeer. Finding someone you genuinely feel comfortable with, trust, and feel understood by can be incredibly difficult, especially when it comes to something as personal as your mental health. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him because my experience with him has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the beginning, Darien has made me feel heard, respected, and taken seriously. He takes the time to understand what I am experiencing rather than simply focusing on one symptom or rushing through an appointment. I never feel judged or dismissed, and I always feel like we are working together to find what is actually going to help me. One thing that stands out to me tremendously is that Darien listens to women. That may sound like something that should be a given, but unfortunately, it has been incredibly difficult for me to find in mental healthcare. With every other psychiatrist I have seen, I have often walked away feeling brushed off or like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, particularly because I am a woman. I have experienced that frustrating feeling of knowing my own experiences but feeling like they were being minimized. That has never been my experience with Darien. He actually listens to what I have to say, considers my perspective, and gives me the opportunity to explain what I am experiencing. He doesn’t talk over me or make assumptions about me. He treats me like a person who knows her own experiences, and that has made an enormous difference in my ability to trust my treatment. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough while also being personable and easy to talk to. He explains things clearly, answers my questions, and genuinely pays attention to how I am doing. When something isn’t working, he doesn’t simply brush it aside. He works with me to figure out the next step and finds an approach that makes sense for me as an individual. The difference in my life since being treated by Darien has been huge. He has helped me make progress in areas where I previously felt completely stuck, and I have a much better understanding of myself and what I need to move forward. I am genuinely grateful for the positive changes I have experienced since working with him. It is honestly hard to find someone this good. There are plenty of people in mental healthcare, but finding someone who combines knowledge, patience, compassion, understanding, and genuine investment in their patients is another story. I feel extremely fortunate that I found Darien, and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will actually listen and take them seriously. And I have to say this: Darien deserves a raise. 😂 Whoever is responsible for his paycheck needs to know that this man is worth every penny and then some. The patience, knowledge, effort, and dedication he brings to his patients deserve to be recognized. So, respectfully… GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! 😂 Thank you, Darien, for everything you have done for me and for the difference you have made in my life. After feeling brushed off so many times in the past, finding someone who truly listens and makes me feel heard has meant more to me than I can put into words. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I feel incredibly lucky to have found him.

Darien was an excellent listener as I described my daughter’s mental condition over many years! We discussed her medications and their side effects and made me feel at ease with his knowledge of medications. I especially felt very comfortable with his patience and need for thoughtful analysis and consultation with his colleagues before any changes in her medication could be made. Finally he observed Stacy during one of her manic moments and was both observant and concerned. I feel we had an informative first meeting for both of us and look forward to future sessions. This is a decent way to get virtual mental health care. It's not a bunch of crap like BetterHelp or Talkspace either. The website is very glitchy which is why I took away a star, but overall, it's great. I've been recommending to everyone that needs therapy (which is everyone in the U.S. right now, although I haven't gotten in touch with all of them, obv). My therapist is absolutely awesome. My psychiatrist is....OK. But that's to be expected. Psychiatrists don't like to talk and don't want to get to know you.

My therapist is awesome, A++++++ She hears me & is always seeking information outside of our sessions to give me. I’m so happy with her & LifeStance. The only cause for concern is that I’ve been asking for a Psychiatrist who could assist me with a superficial test, not medication. I’ve been asking for 3-ish months work no response to myself or my therapist

Dr Rivera-Delgado was very friendly and helpful for my first visit. He made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. The support staff was very good too! I was having trouble with my online check-in and they offered help and a private space to use for my appointment.
