I have the greatest therapist. When I first called Life Stance, I needed a provider to prescribe an anti depressant. She turned out to be great. Consistent , caring and brief - which I wanted. In time she STRONGLY suggested a therapist. I called life stance again - the first one- was not a good fit. I called life stance back and requested another therapist. No questions asked- they gave me someone else. I love her! I’ve worked with her for over a year and it has been so rewarding! THANKYOU LIFE STANCE.

So when I started I had already tried a few therapists in the past, but I always found them to not be a fit, and hard to find those with availability. Lifestance made it really easy to read information on available therapists, including specialties and what they were like as a person to make sure it was somebody I would be comfortable with. I quickly found Taylor, and she has been amazing. I can see the differences in how I react to situations, and utilize the techniques she taught me every day.

Wow the Customer service was exceptional while I was researching looking into a provider. Natasha was wonderful & went above & beyond in supporting me in finding all the services that I need to empower my mental health. My dogs kept barking in the background & she patiently waited for me to leave the room to answer questions & give me all the information I needed. Maria, my therapist, was very kind and patient. I had an appointment with my physical therapist close to my appointment with Maria. So, she suggested that she would contact me about an hour and a half later, so I could still have my physical therapy appointment. I just had a knee replacement surgery done 4 days earlier. Maria made me feel cared about and understood since she was able to change the time on our appointment. I really appreciated that.

As far as their customer service goes, I am impressed. I pay out of pocket, not that it is anyone's business, and these people have been very accommodating and clear with their rules/restrictions. Briana, their rep on the phone (who was very knowledgeable), was swiftly able to navigate through hurdle after hurdle , leaving me fully satisfied with our strategy after 10 minutes. 5 stars
