Jennifer Taylor LCSW Jen is a NYC-based spiritual psychotherapist with 21 years of experience in outpatient mental health clinics. She specializes in working with teens, women’s empowerment, domestic violence and the LGBTQIA+ community. Jen has completed 20 years of spiritual work under different teachers of indigenous background. She is also a Reiki Level 2 healer. Jen believes that the work of therapy begins with the connection we share and in the value of being a compassionate listener. When an individual is truly heard and validated, then the work can begin. Using a combination of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, Jen will meet you where you are and work from there. Clients have reflected back that sessions are empowering and give them hope.
