Rebecca Fisk is an individual, child, and family therapist, who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from New York University with a Masters in Social Work. Rebecca is committed to helping you by providing a warm, compassionate, safe, judgement free space. Rebecca specializes in working with children, adolescents, and teens of all ages, but also has experience working with adults. She has significant experience working with individuals struggling with social skills, sense of self, relationships, behavioral difficulties, and school refusal. She also has extensive experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses including ADHD, Mood disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and more.


Rebecca believes every individual s needs are unique, therefore she individualizes her approach for each client, utilizing skills based in a variety of evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, play therapy, client-focused therapy, solutions focused therapy, strengths-based treatment, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care and more.
