Taylor Rizzo helps adults and seniors across New York navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and evidence-based care. She provides a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, understand the roots of emotional distress, and learn practical strategies for lasting change. Taylor works with individuals seeking to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, offering personalized therapy that empowers clients to improve their well-being and achieve meaningful personal growth. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, Taylor helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop coping tools that promote resilience. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate—centered on meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Taylor has a particular passion for supporting women through postpartum depression and anxiety, reproductive challenges, and midlife transitions. She recognizes the unique pressures and emotional complexities these experiences can bring and provides thoughtful, individualized care to help women restore balance and rediscover a sense of peace and fulfillment. In addition to her work with women’s mental health, Taylor is experienced in supporting clients with ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and grief. She also works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, and those with developmental or neurological differences such as autism spectrum disorders or head injuries. Outside of her clinical work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats, taking long walks, and finding creativity through interior design and organization projects. She also loves relaxing with a good TV series. Taylor is proud to serve patients throughout New York as part of LifeStance Health.
