About Natalie Harter (She/Her)

Natalie Harter helps adults and older adults across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Natalie works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting those facing many other emotional and behavioral health concerns.

With a thoughtful and collaborative approach, Natalie believes that every person’s story is unique. She works to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward their goals. Her treatment style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and faith-based treatment when aligned with a client’s preferences and values. She also offers additional therapeutic services and interventions tailored to individual needs.

Natalie is especially passionate about helping people navigate significant life transitions and personal growth. Whether someone is facing midlife changes, later life transitions, or the emotional impact of major life events, she helps clients develop greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. Her goal is to support individuals in finding balance, healing, and renewed purpose during times of change.

Natalie serves adults across all stages of adulthood, including young adults, working professionals, midlife adults, and seniors. She is experienced in helping individuals manage complex emotional challenges while fostering healthier thought patterns, stronger relationships, and improved overall wellness. She also offers support for additional mental health concerns beyond her primary areas of focus.

Outside of her clinical work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, being with her dogs, visiting the beach, and pursuing personal growth. These interests help shape her appreciation for connection, balance, and lifelong learning, values she brings into her work with clients.
