Rachel Stile, Therapist

Rachel Stile, LISW-S

Rachel Stile helps teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio navigate anxiety, depression, and complex emotional challenges with compassionate, individualized therapy at LifeStance Health. She partners with patients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve day-to-day functioning through evidence-based care tailored to each stage of life.

Rachel is especially passionate about working with individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital and those participating in court-ordered treatment. She provides structured, supportive care during these critical transitions, focusing on stability, accountability, and sustained progress. Her approach emphasizes helping patients regain a sense of control, reduce risk of relapse, and move forward with clarity and confidence in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment.

Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress-related conditions. She has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans, and offers additional areas of support to meet a wide range of needs. Rachel integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, while incorporating additional therapeutic approaches as appropriate. As a bilingual clinician, she also provides care in Spanish, helping reduce barriers and expand access to quality mental health services.

Since beginning her clinical work in 2012, Rachel has cultivated a thoughtful, collaborative style grounded in respect and curiosity. She earned her education from the University of Akron and the University of Vermont & State Agricultural College. Outside of her clinical work, Rachel enjoys astrology, writing, reading, spending time in nature, practicing reiki, playing the drums, and being with her close friends, four children, and six cats.
