Joy Bullard-Moore, LPC, provides integrative, evidence-based therapy for teens and adults across Pennsylvania through LifeStance Health. She helps individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with practical tools and a deeply affirming approach. Serving patients throughout Pennsylvania, Joy combines clinical expertise with mind-body strategies to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Joy specializes in Anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and she also supports individuals facing depression, ADHD, sleep disorders, reproductive challenges, and major life transitions. She works with teens (15–17), young adults, adults, and seniors, offering individual, couples, and family therapy. Joy integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy to help patients reduce avoidance, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most. She offers additional areas of support beyond her primary specialties to provide comprehensive mental health care tailored to each individual.

She is especially passionate about Grief & Bereavement, Trauma & Complex Stress, and Caregiver Burnout. Joy understands how prolonged stress, loss, and identity shifts can affect every dimension of a person’s life. Her work in health psychology and chronic illness, anxiety disorders, reproductive and postpartum mental health, and LGBTQ+ affirming care reflects her commitment to treating the whole person. With a strong focus on mind-body integration, she helps clients develop insight, regulate their nervous systems, and restore a sense of steadiness during overwhelming seasons of life.

Joy has experience supporting First Responders, Military/Veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She earned degrees from UNC-Greensboro, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania, and Drexel University, and has been practicing since 2008. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys meditation, teaching and practicing yoga, making and listening to music, trail walks and running, exploring new cities through food and culture, collecting cookbooks, mentoring, and building community-centered wellness spaces.
