I had previously tried therapy through an employer provided free online service called Lyra, but didn’t mesh with any of the therapists. My doctor suggested I give Lifestance a shot and I am so grateful I did. My first therapist and I clicked immediately and I finally feel like I have a safe space to talk for the first time in 34 years. They also work with my insurance and my sessions are actually affordable. I don’t have to feel selfish for spending a fortune on myself while working through things. I recommend Lifestance to anyone I know who is struggling or who could use an outside perspective while working through something.

First things first, awesome experience! Would recommend 10/10. From start to completion. Discussing the new patient appointment process with frontline staff, questions answered in the interim, and then finally, my appointment with my therapist was seamless. The warmth that was provided at ecach encounter on different occasions has wowed me. Thank you for the support, it is greatly appreciated. With a world that is in such a rush in all facets, it seems, it was refreshing to actually feel someone took their time and genuinely wanted to listen and help. Thank you again for the needed support.

I highly recommend, Liz, a healthcare practitioner at LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists (Philadelphia). She is extremely proficient in her field of work and utilizes a holistic approach when formulating a healthy treatment plan for her patient’s ‘road to recovery’. She is very passionate about her patients’ wellbeing and practices both behavioral modification practices, as-well-as, prescribes medication when necessary. I highly recommend Liz to my own family and friends.

My psychiatrist through lifestance is great- very understanding and meets me where I’m at. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the billing department, who are unresponsive unless you bother them multiple times. Other than that, the search database to find professionals is very helpful.

Friendly staff. Felt listened to and was able to fully explain my thoughts or questions on certain things. In the past I have had less than good relationships with medical professionals and this was just the opposite. I would recommend lifestance to anyone looking for the services they provide.
