Alice Zory, MSW, LICSW,
About Alice Zory (She/Her)
Alice Zory helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical coping skills that support lasting well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she provides therapy to patients throughout New York, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s goals. Alice works with a wide range of concerns, with particular expertise in anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting individuals facing many other mental health and life challenges. Alice is especially passionate about helping people manage anxiety, depression, and the impact of ADHD across different stages of life. She understands that these concerns can affect school performance, relationships, work, self-esteem, and overall quality of life. Her therapeutic approach focuses on helping patients identify strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable changes that support long-term emotional health. In her work with children, adolescents, teens, and families, Alice recognizes the importance of addressing emotional and behavioral concerns within the context of family relationships and daily life. She provides Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy, helping patients improve communication, navigate transitions, and overcome obstacles that may be interfering with personal growth. Her treatment approach may incorporate interventions such as Mindfulness, Family Therapy, and Couples/Marital Counseling, along with additional evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. Alice believes that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. She works with patients experiencing concerns such as trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, school-related challenges, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel understood, empowered, and capable of making meaningful progress. She earned her education from Salem State College and Boston College and brings her professional training together with a warm, person-centered approach to care. Outside of work, Alice enjoys practicing yoga and buying and selling vintage dolls from the 1970s. These interests reflect her appreciation for mindfulness, creativity, and connection. Through LifeStance Health, Alice provides therapy services for individuals and families across New York. Whether seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, or other mental health needs, patients can take the next step toward wellness and recovery.
