See what our patients are saying about Alan Stillman

Alan is the best therapist I've come across. And I've seen 3. There isn't much he hasn't seen in his lifetime and he truly listens to the meaning of the thoughts you share. Even the ones that you may not hear yourself when youre speaking. He explains things well and helps you discover how you developed your coping mechanisms and empowers you to challenge what's not working while giving you the confidence to stand tall while you face it. He also stands side by side with you until you're able to walk it alone, proudly. Non judgemental and truly cares about the human spirit. He is a more than qualified lifeline who achieved his acumen from actually living it. Which in turn, makes it easier to accept his opinions and put them to practice. A 2 way street of respect.
