Very simple and easy. The people here that help to reschedule appointments are extremely helpful! I accidentally gave them the wrong time and they were very quick to help me change that. I was on the phone for no more than 2-3mins which is crazy fast to me.. like no joke, it's quick! The lady that's seeing me is also an absolute sweetheart 💕 I got Erika Berrio and for once, counseling is working out for me 💓 thanks to her. I had an extremely negative experience in the past with therapy but this really made me way more comfortable that my feelings on everything are actually being validated. It feels amazing to be talking to someone who actually understands 😌

Dr. Turchetta was informative, pleasant, and easy to work with, as was the test proctor. Location was easy to get to. The only negative is how long it took to get the first appt (3 months), and that it was multiple appts months apart. Took longer to get answers so that my mental health providers could make a plan, but it was a great experience over all. Wish my health insurance had covered more of the testing. But that's a blah to my insurance company, not to the doctor/practice.

This was my first experience doing a telehealth and I was extremely anxious about it. Ryan Andrews made me feel comfortable and at ease, even in a virtual environment. I felt as though I was sitting in the same room. He listens deeply and takes the time to fully understand the situation at hand. He also explains everything in detail and answers questions thoroughly. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

By calling in to speak with a person, I was directed to the potential therapists bios on line. This allowed me to choose by experience and locality . The person on the phone was able to list for me the available appointment times from which I could choose. I found the first appointment to be a good match and look forward to continued contact with this therapist.

The staff at life Stance make it so easy. I'm grateful for telehealth. When mental & physical issues try to become permanent barriers in life, not wanting to go out or not feeling like being plunged into an office an wait an hour or two. Lifestance gets it. I would recommend it's far less complicated then this other place I know of..... Lol Blessings

I was able to make an appointment online very simple process did not have to call just to find out not taking new patients. Received a call a day later to confirm a few things. When I went to my first appointment the receptionist was alert and friendly. Had a seat in a clean quiet waiting area. Met Joe P and really felt he was a good fit right away.
