About Dani Keeling (She/Her)

Danielle (‘Dani’) Keeling, LISW-CP, helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based care. As a therapist with LifeStance Health, she works with patients across South Carolina who are seeking help for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Dani creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where individuals, couples, and families can build insight, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting emotional wellness. A significant focus of Dani’s work is supporting adolescents and teens experiencing behavioral concerns, school avoidance, and emotional difficulties that can affect academic performance, family relationships, and self-esteem. She is passionate about helping young people and their families better understand the challenges they face while building healthier communication patterns and practical coping skills. Dani also enjoys working with individuals navigating major life transitions and those experiencing grief, helping them move forward with greater resilience and confidence. Dani takes an individualized approach to treatment, recognizing that every person’s story, strengths, and goals are unique. She incorporates interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help patients better manage emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create sustainable behavioral changes. In addition to her work with individuals, she provides couples therapy and family therapy, and she has experience supporting those connected to adoption and foster care. She also offers treatment for a variety of additional mental health concerns. Outside of her professional work, Dani enjoys cooking, traveling, shopping, exploring art, and spending quality time with her family and dog.
