Tracy Consentino, LPC,
About Tracy Consentino (She/Her)
Tracy Consentino, LPC, helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and a personalized approach to care. Serving patients throughout South Carolina through LifeStance Health, she creates a supportive environment where individuals and couples can work toward meaningful change, improved emotional well-being, and greater resilience. Tracy provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and intensive outpatient treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also addressing a wide range of additional mental health needs. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Tracy believes that successful therapy begins with understanding each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals. She works collaboratively with patients to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical strategies for lasting growth. Her approach integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also offers additional therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient’s needs. Tracy is particularly passionate about helping individuals who are experiencing life transitions and adjustment disorders. Whether someone is facing changes related to relationships, career shifts, midlife concerns, later-life transitions, health challenges, or other significant life events, she focuses on helping patients build confidence, adapt to change, and move forward with a greater sense of purpose and stability. She also works with couples seeking to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate relationship challenges together. In addition to working with teens and adults, Tracy has experience supporting military veterans and individuals living with head injuries. She understands the complex ways emotional health can intersect with medical conditions and life circumstances and strives to provide thoughtful, individualized care that addresses the whole person. Outside of her clinical work, Tracy enjoys drawing, painting, singing, reading, and spending time near the beach.
