I had the pleasure of speaking, by phone to Dillon in your Mount Pleasant office for an appointment that I was trying to schedule in West Ashley.Not only was he professional, he had a special voice that made you feel safe, and his delivery was gentle, but mature and knowledgeable. I have done lots of calls online and spoken to lots of people who answer the phone, but never one like Dillon. I hope you will recognize him and hold onto him tight. He’s a GEM!

I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Casey today and it was great. Truthfully, I was a bit reserved about meeting with a male provider but it made no difference in my care at all. Casey listened to me, educated me thoroughly, and allowed me to collaborate with him based off of his recommendations which was refreshing. I didn’t feel as though a diagnosis or treatment was pushed upon me. So grateful to have such a good experience!

Casey Lee knew exactly what I needed. Listened to me. Understood me. I'm on a great regimen. I've gone to Tara for counseling but didn't connect bc I don't think she gets my deep trauma. Was referred to Tracey. Love her but she canceled last minute then I canceled the next week in a funk,, super down, didn't get a follow up. Didn't have the energy to see her out again unfortunately and got discouraged :/

Too early to tell how this will go. I do like my therapist so far. We’ve only had the initial session. I intend to book another session for this coming week. I’m not sure I can get everything she wants from my psychiatrist and previous therapist by the next session. I have a lot going on between now and then.

I had a great experience working with LifeStance. I was recently diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and was feeling depressed. Miss Sarah McMullan listened and understood exactly what I was going through. It my day better. Even though I'm still dealing with Depression. I know I can call on Lifestance for support.
