Nicole Lucas was great. She listened, and addressed my concerns, while also giving me recommendations on best practices. Highly recommend. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a billing hiccup. I've been charged my copay for each visit, but when my provider was changed, I was up charged a higher fee to get my Rx. If/when this is fixed, I will upgrade my review.

I felt like a floodgate of feelings being released. Took me 71 years to realize how much I endured with my lifelong battle with my back issues. It was pleasant having the interaction. I always believed that no one really cared about my struggles physically and psychologically up to this point.
