Stress from work and anxiety about the future combined with everything else going on in life can cause you major strain and lead to burnout. Sometimes you just need someone to talk through your week with. As your therapist, I am here to listen to your struggles and help you achieve mental clarity in your life. When obligations and responsibilities seem to be too much to handle, we will work together to create a plan to overcome these obstacles and regain a sense of control in your life. The effects of trauma can linger for many years and get in the way of living a happy, meaningful life. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced different types of trauma, and understand how difficult it can be to just get through the day. Throughout therapy, we will work collaboratively to paint a picture of what you would like your life to look like. I will provide you with full support throughout your journey as we work to develop various strategies combined with your strengths to get you to a place of peace and fulfillment. ADHD can make it difficult for your child to concentrate on simple tasks, stay organized, or slow down which can lead to much frustration. Throughout our time, we will focus on the areas of their life where ADD/ADHD seems to cause problems such as at home, school, or other activities, and I will provide you and your child with tools that will help them manage their ADD/ADHD in their daily life. If you have questions or are ready to begin counseling, contact us today. Don’t continue to feel alone in your struggles, we are here to help.
