I’m really grateful for the bombastic first impression that we got from our meeting with Dr. Lisa Norton, even though I am the patient she made sure to hear out my husband’s input on my situation and asked him follow up questions. I myself feel heard and understood, I’ve had rocky experiences with male Psychiatrists in the past with one just throwing meds at me without even telling me what my diagnosis was and when a male took over for the Psychiatrist that really changed my life he changed my treatment plan and actually told me to eat better to treat my symptoms… Mind you the doctor he took over for had a decade plus more experience, even working with our Vets, shout out to Mickey! Dr. Patricia Adam’s! If you’re out there just know you alone gave me hope that I CAN function in a productive capacity with my disorders! I have a feeling that Lisa is capable of helping me just as well if not better than my previous Psychiatrist and look forward to once again being proud of myself for being able to help not only myself but my husband as well in our daily lives!

I’ve been a patient at Lifestance for awhile now. I was very nervous about switching providers back in December but I can not say enough good things about my current provider Lisa Norton, PMHNP instead of just prescribing meds, she actually took the time to get to know me as an individual and get to the root of my issues. Issues that I didn’t even realize I had. She’s extremely supportive and easy to talk to. I feel like I’m actually heard when we have our sessions. I absolutely value her knowledge and expertise in psychiatric mental health. My therapist Sarah Aulbach is also very knowledgeable and genuine. I Would highly recommend their services!

I see Lisa for psychiatry and Janine for therapy. They are both great providers and I highly recommend seeing them! They have both truly helped me reach a place I never thought I could be. Lisa is very supportive, takes time to understand, and makes adjustments when needed (not every session). She has also been super helpful with prescribing me my medication while traveling for long periods of time. Jeanine is the best therapist I've ever had, she is able to decipher my thoughts in a way I cannot. She is very hardworking and cares deeply about her clients. Thank you for all your help. I cannot recommend them enough!

Today we had our first appointment with Anna Borsic and I could not be more pleased with the experience. My mom suffers from Alzheimer’s and Anna was incredibly attentive to all of my concerns regarding her care, her mental status, and her medications. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel genuinely supported during a very challenging time. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident that my mom’s care is in capable hands.

I signed in on line and completed the Prev-visit appointment information. I also had my card on file and paid the copay , so when I arrived for my appointment I only had to give them my name to check in. The process was very user friendly and I only had to verify the information. it only took about 5 minutes. I’m 68 years old and not computer savvy but I recommend that you try it.

I am very pleased with my treating NP, Lisa Norton. She made me feel comfortable & safe & heard. I’ve only had positive experiences with the mental health professionals at Lifestance & I cannot recommend them enough to anyone needing help and/or treatment in SC. Life is brighter when you’re not struggling with mental health issues.
