About Jordan Boyack (He/Him)

Jordan Boyack helps teens, adults, and older adults across Utah navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies for change. As an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor at LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy and couples therapy for those seeking support with anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also helping clients address a wide range of additional mental health concerns. Jordan’s approach is collaborative and grounded in creating a safe, respectful space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Jordan is especially passionate about helping individuals and couples improve connection, communication, and understanding within their relationships. He enjoys supporting clients through couple’s issues by helping them identify unhealthy patterns, navigate conflict more effectively, and build stronger, healthier relationships. Whether clients are facing relationship stress, life transitions, or long-standing challenges, he works alongside them to develop practical tools that support lasting change.

His therapeutic style is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to the unique needs of each person. Jordan integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while drawing from additional interventions when appropriate. He works with teens, adults, and seniors and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans, as well as individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Jordan earned his education from Utah Valley University and Adams State University. He is committed to ongoing professional growth and strives to provide care that is both clinically informed and responsive to the goals, values, and strengths of each client. Outside of his clinical work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors through camping, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. He is also passionate about history and philosophy, enjoys following local sports, and appreciates exploring a wide variety of music.
