Becky Lech is a Licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2015. She has a BS in Psychology from Milligan University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Becky has extensive experience in teaching people to advocate for themselves, develop appropriate coping skills, and emotional regulation. Her ability to meet people where they are to cultivate a peaceful environment that instills hope is a vital part of her process to help people strengthen their mental health and begin the healing process.
