Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington and Utah. She has over 25 years of experience working within the mental health field. She received her BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University and her MS in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Over the years she has worked in multiple outpatient and inpatient settings. Elizabeth is compassionately committed to helping clients improve self awareness and growing their capacity to enhance relationships and resiliency. She believes that the therapeutic process is relationship centered. She strives to cultivate a strong working relationship with her clients which can be characterized by mutual respect, authenticity, acceptance, and genuineness. She utilizes an integration of empirically supported treatments in her work (ACT, DBT, CBT, Existential, AEDP, and the Gottman Method for couples).
