About Katya Linton (She/Her)

Katya Linton, LACMH, helps teens and adults throughout Delaware navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties. Katya creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Katya is particularly passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma and PTSD. She understands that traumatic experiences can affect relationships, emotional well-being, self-esteem, and daily functioning. Through a thoughtful and collaborative approach, she helps clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and regain a sense of control in their lives. She also supports individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, and other emotional health concerns, while offering additional counseling services for a variety of mental health and life transition needs. Her therapeutic style is tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances. Katya incorporates evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans, and first responders, among others. By combining clinical expertise with genuine empathy, she helps clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and make lasting changes that support long-term well-being. Outside of her clinical work, Katya enjoys staying active, visiting family and friends, spending time with her pets, reading suspenseful books, and watching movies and television.

Katya Linton provides services with supervision.
