Maxwell Broadus, LSW,
About Maxwell Broadus
Hi, I’m passionate about creating a space where people can show up exactly as they are, without fear of judgment. As a former school social worker, I’ve spent my career supporting children, teens, and young adults through some of life’s most challenging moments, and I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, school avoidance, and behavioral challenges, and I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I also have a special passion for working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, helping clients explore their identities, build confidence, and find a sense of belonging in a safe and affirming environment.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. Whether you’re struggling academically, emotionally, socially, or simply feeling stuck, I strive to provide a supportive space where we can work together to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change.
Above all, I want my clients to know that they don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. You are welcome here just as you are, and we’ll take the next steps together, one at a time.
Maxwell Broadus provides services with supervision.
