Gretchyn Duval helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults across Oregon navigate emotional challenges and life transitions with compassionate, client-centered mental health care. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy designed to help people manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD while building practical skills for emotional balance and healthier relationships. Gretchyn creates a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. Her clinical work focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD while addressing the everyday stressors that often accompany these concerns. Gretchyn incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Couples/Marital Counseling to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve communication, and strengthen coping strategies. She works with adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, and has experience supporting populations including first responders, military members and veterans, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Gretchyn also offers additional therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client and family. Gretchyn takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients better understand their experiences and identify practical steps toward healing and growth. She supports individuals navigating complex emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions by combining clinical expertise with empathy and curiosity. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and feel more confident facing life’s challenges. Outside of her work as a therapist, Gretchyn enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, riding horses, playing with her dogs, hiking, cooking, reading, watching movies, and expressing creativity through drawing and painting.

Gretchyn Duval provides services with supervision.
