Noelle Miller, LPCA,
About Noelle Miller (She/Her)
Noelle Miller helps adults and older adults across Oregon navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and mental health concerns with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides a supportive environment where clients can explore difficult experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. Noelle works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients through a variety of other mental health and wellness concerns. A meaningful area of Noelle’s work involves helping clients manage life transitions and periods of change. Whether someone is experiencing shifts related to midlife, later life, relationships, identity, or personal goals, she understands that transitions can bring uncertainty, grief, and new opportunities for growth. She partners with clients to better understand their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness. Noelle takes an individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that every person’s story, strengths, and goals are unique. She incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients challenge unhelpful patterns, build emotional flexibility, and create meaningful change. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she supports individuals navigating concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, sleep difficulties, women’s issues, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. At LifeStance Health, Noelle believes that effective therapy is built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. She strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel heard and respected as they work toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Her approach balances clinical expertise with genuine compassion, empowering clients to develop insight, strengthen resilience, and make progress toward the life they want to live. Outside of her clinical practice, Noelle enjoys expressing her creativity through music, art, reading, and writing. She also enjoys anime and video games, interests that help her stay connected to storytelling, imagination, and diverse perspectives.
Noelle Miller provides services with supervision.
