About Anjulie McFarland (She/Her)

Anjulie McFarland helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. Through LifeStance Health, she serves patients across Utah, providing individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Anjulie works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping them build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Anjulie is particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing substance use concerns, significant life transitions, and challenges related to emotional regulation and relationships. She understands that factors such as stress, attachment patterns, legal system involvement, domestic violence, and major life changes can have a profound impact on mental health. Her approach is focused on helping clients gain greater self-awareness, develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior, and move toward a more fulfilling life. She has experience working with a wide range of populations, including military veterans, first responders, and individuals with head injuries. Drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, Anjulie tailors treatment to each client’s needs. She also offers additional therapeutic services, including couples and family-focused interventions, to support healing and growth in relationships. Anjulie began practicing in 2022 and is a provisionally licensed Certified Social Worker. Her diverse clinical experience in community healthcare and private practice settings has strengthened her commitment to providing client-centered, culturally responsive, and evidence-based mental health care. She earned her education through the University of Utah and continues to pursue advanced training to better serve individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Outside of her clinical work, Anjulie enjoys spending time with her cats, partner, family, and friends. She loves being outdoors, traveling, attending concerts, practicing Pilates, and exploring new books, research, and documentaries. A lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about human behavior and the human experience, she is passionate about advocacy, personal growth, and improving quality of life for underserved populations.

Anjulie McFarland provides services with supervision.
