Katherine Conley helps children, teens, adults, and seniors throughout Utah build healthier relationships, navigate emotional challenges, and develop practical tools for lasting mental wellness. As a Social Worker Associate at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy and couples counseling in a supportive, affirming environment where patients can feel safe exploring life’s difficulties. Katherine works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, while tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique experiences and goals. Katherine is especially passionate about helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, heal from emotional pain, and navigate relationship challenges with greater understanding and connection. She also enjoys supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and women facing concerns related to identity, self-esteem, postpartum mental health, and personal growth. Her compassionate and collaborative style encourages patients to build resilience while feeling genuinely supported throughout the therapeutic process. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Katherine also incorporates mindfulness practices and couples counseling techniques to help patients manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and create healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives. While her primary focus includes anxiety, trauma, and couples issues, she also supports patients with additional mental health concerns across different stages of life. Since beginning her clinical work in 2024, Katherine has remained committed to creating an inclusive and empathetic therapy experience that honors each patient’s strengths, values, and personal journey. She earned her education from the University of Utah, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. Outside of therapy, Katherine enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She values balance, curiosity, and meaningful connection, which influence her warm and approachable presence as a therapist.

Katherine Conley provides services with supervision.
