Neeve Willows helps adults build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change when facing mental health challenges. As a Counselor Associate with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for adults throughout Washington, creating a supportive space where clients can explore concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and strengthen their overall well-being. Her approach combines compassion, clinical knowledge, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences and strengths. Neeve has extensive experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, while also supporting clients navigating grief, gender identity concerns, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, psychosis, chronic pain, and major life transitions. She draws from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating mindfulness and other therapeutic tools when appropriate. She also works with a variety of populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, first responders, military members, and veterans, among others. Through collaborative, trauma-informed care, she helps clients build stability, develop practical coping skills, strengthen support systems, and continue their progress toward recovery and long-term wellness. Her educational background and professional experience have shaped a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to therapy. Neeve earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a CACREP-accredited Master’s degree in Counseling, later completing an MPhil in Forensic Psychology. She is also completing her PhD, with a focus on resilience and how individuals navigate complex systems and environments. This advanced training supports her ability to provide culturally aware, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. Outside of her clinical work, Neeve enjoys artistic painting, gardening, and creating wildlife-friendly outdoor spaces. She also loves reading and exploring dramatic, comedic, horror, and historical films and television. These interests help her stay balanced, reflective, and connected to the human stories that inspire her work as a therapist.

Neeve Willows provides services with supervision.
