About Casey Phelps (She/Her)

Casey Phelps, MACP, LMHCA, helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s emotional challenges. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for clients across Washington, offering a compassionate and grounded space to explore concerns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, values-driven change. Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma-related concerns. Casey supports adolescents and teens managing emotional regulation and identity development, as well as adults and older adults facing stress, loss, or life transitions. She integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients strengthen emotional awareness, tolerate distress, and reconnect with what matters most. Casey also serves specific populations including LGBTQ+ individuals and women, while offering additional areas of clinical focus as needs arise. Casey is particularly passionate about working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and body image concerns. She approaches this work with sensitivity and respect, helping clients understand their relationship with food, body, and self through a holistic, nonjudgmental lens. Her care emphasizes safety, self-compassion, and sustainable change, supporting clients as they rebuild trust in themselves and develop healthier patterns aligned with their values. Outside of therapy, Casey enjoys pottery, rock climbing, and hiking or backpacking whenever she can.

Casey Phelps provides services with supervision.
