This group helps women ages 65 and older manage symptoms of anxiety and depression by fostering connection.
Group Overview:
What to Expect:
- Connect with other women who understand the challenges of living with anxiety and depression
- Share your experiences in a safe and supportive environment
- Build a community you can rely on beyond group sessions
Participants: Women ages 65 and older who have anxiety and depression
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: In-person on Tuesdays from 10 to 11 a.m., starting February 10, 2026 and ending March 9, 2027
