They have been very helpful with finding a provider for me. I have had trouble with getting consistent refills on one of my medications but I think that has more to do with government overreach than Lifestance itself. They obviously care about their patients, but even with that, make sure to ask questions and follow-up anytime you are unsure of something or have any questions at all. It’s best to be sure that you’re covered and that you have a clear understanding of what is happening and your potential role.

I participated in my mother’s online video appointment. The doctor was extremely professional and understanding of my mother’s condition and personality. He asked questions to determine what treatment would be best to optimize her wellbeing. I am extremely appreciative since I am my mother’s caregiver. I really feel comfortable with Dr. Tang She takes the time to get to know you and understand you. The environment is nice and relaxing. The front staff is absolutely amazing also. I just can’t say enough about Dr. Tang. I have finally found a doctor that understands me and what I’m going through and really wants the best for my life also.

Dr.Reyes is the best psychiatrist I’ve had by far. He’s very caring, compassionate and understanding. He listens, gives feedback and truly cares about your wellbeing. He spends time with his patients so you don’t feel rushed in and out. I highly recommend Dr.Reyes for your mental health needs.
