The staff is terrific, especially Nicole Nicols. The portal, however is somewhat complicated. Knowing which office to call and having no app to download makes navigating the website necessary and cumbersome. If they can fix this, I will give them 5 stars! I have 2 other medical portals that are easy to navigate, so I know it's not me...
