Video worked, my provider is wonderful! Overall… it works great, just wish I didn’t have to fill in SO much just to enter the waiting room. Maybe just name and something to easily verify. The address takes a bit to input, but city & state, or a private code would not take as much time. Also, wish the portal and the actual video visit were all in the same place. It would really simplify things.

Dr. Natalia Dankwa is amazing! I have been seeing her since the first week of December of 2024. I meet with her once a week and I always look for to it.
