I had my first appointment with Jennie B today—she seems really awesome and I am looking forward to working with her. The front desk staff seem friendly, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly, which is a huge bonus. The reason I give 4 stars is because they require you to place a credit or debit card on file to bill for co-pays, missed appointments, etc. I was told that if you don’t place a card on file, you won’t be allowed service. I’m not sure if that’s the new trend nowadays; I understand that they are technically a business, but I think there could be other ways of handling this instead of demanding bank information for services.

I met Alexis Weaver today and it was wonderful. Analytic in the best way, thorough and kind. Very informative in a great inclusive way. I felt heard, taken care of and hopeful on a new treatment. Likewise with Kevin Kavenaugh. For someone who never needed a therapist for over 60 years I’m so thankful that I got lucky enough to have Kevin as a therapist. I’m not myself right now but I’m hopeful with Kevin and Alexis’s guidance I’m on the right path.

I appreciate that my psychiatrist is thorough and asks follow up questions each time we meet based on what's going on in my life. She's the only one I've had like that and it seems like she genuinely wants me to be at my best. She is respectful that I'm more sensitive to meds and takes it slow, while also being open minded to ideas I have. I appreciate the virtual options as well.

I was a bit nervous meeting my prescriber for the first time. Sometimes providers make me feel anxious, unseen, and unheard. My experience here was the exact opposite! I felt included in my care instead of having decisions made for me. She didn’t rush, taking the time to consider my wellness holistically. I’m grateful to have found someone I can trust. Thank you!
