The counselor we had the privilege to talk with was very polite and helpful. We didn't have the chance to fill out paperwork before the appointment, so we had to go through it with her. She didn't seem to mind at all. She was respectful and did a great a job with my daughter. I am looking forward to talking with her again.

My girls (12, and 9) met Mindi Perry today at Lifestance Health in Raleigh, NC. We all noticed the attention to detail, my girls asked if we were going to a spa… I said no, but shared in the experience too. It felt calm and tranquil, the girls loved it there, and then we got to meet Mindi. She was welcoming, kind, and warm. I was really happy with the experience because this is my girls first time doing something like this. Mindi in our first session gave my girls “home rules”, and I think she sees how she can help guide us so that we can all improve the way we communicate and connect with one another. I feel optimistic being on this journey with Mindi - and look forward to learning more…

There's not enough words to describe the mentally healing I have received and not saying I was crazy but Mindi Perry and staff that I did meet is so so so professional they're are the type of people I need in my life to look after me.. Thankful for Dr. Armstead. Mental health can be dreadful but she is one provider that informs the patient in a way to help, rather than bashing. LifeStance customer service is great! Always answers the phone and gets me on the schedule quickly!
