My girls (12, and 9) met Mindi Perry today at Lifestance Health in Raleigh, NC. We all noticed the attention to detail, my girls asked if we were going to a spa… I said no, but shared in the experience too. It felt calm and tranquil, the girls loved it there, and then we got to meet Mindi. She was welcoming, kind, and warm. I was really happy with the experience because this is my girls first time doing something like this. Mindi in our first session gave my girls “home rules”, and I think she sees how she can help guide us so that we can all improve the way we communicate and connect with one another. I feel optimistic being on this journey with Mindi - and look forward to learning more…

I have been to different Mental Health Care providers, but my experience at Life Stance by far has been the best.The main reason for that has been Chalia Yarborough.Chalia from our first encounter has been nothing but Kind and very attentive and I can talk to her about worst encounters in life to my greatest accomplishments.Chalia is very professional but she makes my Therapy experience as if I'm talking and confiding in a life long friend that only wants the best for me and to see me successfully through this journey.Im forever grateful to her for all of suggestions, resources and efforts.

I have seen Chaila in the Raleigh office for the past 4 months or so. She has done an exceptional job helping me. She's very direct in her approach, and I connected with her easily. She built my trust early when we first met, and ever since I felt safe with her. Chaila has helped me progress in meeting my goals and gave me tools to face issues in the future. She's very easy to communicate with and is extremely knowledgeable.

My son had been to other therapists and he never opened up and talked about anything with them, and since he started with his therapy at LifeStance he talks about everything with his therapist, he enjoys his sessions and I'm very happy he's expressing his emotions and difficulties at therapy. I recommend this place if you need a therapist or a psychiatrist!

While I know navigating the healthcare land mines can be difficult, I have never found that to be true when working with Dr. Magda at LifeStance in Raleigh. She always responds to my messages within a business day or two. More than that, she truly cares about me as a patient, and not just as someone whose medication she needs to manage.
