I personally can only speak for myself when I say that life stance is probably one of the best doctor's offices I've been part of I have Sandra S for my doctor and she is absolutely amazing she sits there she takes the time by going over everything with you and she works with you to get the best possible care plan medication management I honestly couldn't be any more grateful for how caring their staff is along with their very consistent in making sure they get back to you if you send them a direct email through their portal or you can easily just call the office for example if I ever need refills I go on my portal and I just click refill and usually my doctor Sandra is very very good and sends them right over as of right now I would never change doctors again if you have been struggling to find a doctor that actually can truly understand and take your feelings and how you feel about life they would really do anything to help you I love all their staff I would highly highly recommend calling this office to become patient something you will not regret:) ♡ Jill S.

I’ve been working with Dr. Michelle Gray for almost 3 months now & my experience has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. She is extremely knowledgeable, very attentive & is a great blend of caring + compassionate while also being direct and that’s always been a recipe for success for my care needs. I honestly stumbled on Lifestance after exhausting many different places & wasn’t too sure about how strong it would be when I set my initial consultation & almost flaked on it because I just figured it was some major conglomerate & it wouldn’t compare to having someone local and independent. However, they are local, I have seen Dr. Gray both in person and via Telehealth so it truly meets the needs of patients to fit their scheduling. 10/10 recommend Lifestance. 20/10 recommend Dr. Gray.

Easy to book an appointment and easy to choose who will be a good match from you either by visiting online whete tou may access their bio or from the help of the receptionist. I had a great experience during my telehealth visit. She was very attentive and took the time to really listen to my concerns. She asked the right questions to better understand what I was going through and made me feel heard and supported. When I told my PCP that I was looking for a therapist she recommended LifeStance. I was skeptical at first that I could be accommodated so quickly. But within a week I was matched with a provider. All it took was a quick phone call. Even with my work schedule I was able to find someone who could see me virtually in the evenings.
