Erin Berk is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, practicing since 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Florida State University and a Master of Art Therapy and Counseling from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

As a therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can explore what truly matters to you and the experiences that have shaped your current world. I believe our views of ourselves, and others can be negatively influenced by our environments, such as an unhealthy family dynamic or patterns of loss.

My goal is to help you release negative beliefs and emotions you’ve held onto over the years, making room for those beliefs that support your movement toward your goals.

I employ an affirmative approach, integrating techniques like CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, and art therapy, tailored to your unique needs. Most importantly, I strive to create a space where you feel seen and heard. I am dedicated to helping individuals face their challenges and live fuller, more fulfilling lives.

Erin enjoys gathering with friends and family over home cooked food and meaningful connections, live concerts, road trips, and spending time with her family. She finds her bliss through photography and taking walks in nature.
