Greg Lennox is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire. He obtained his B.A. in Biology and Environmental Science from Bowdoin College and an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology before receiving his M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University. For the past several years, he has worked at Greater Nashua Mental Health in a number of roles, most recently as the Associate Director of Mobile Crisis performing clinical assessments along with therapy for those challenged by severe and persistent mental illness. Prior to his position as the Mobile Crisis Associate Director, he worked as an outpatient therapist for individuals with co-occurring disorders in Hillsborough County South Drug Court Program. Greg specializes in working with adults living with co-occurring mental health and Substance use disorders as well as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges. His therapeutic approach is strengths’- based and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
