Psychiatry in West Bountiful, Utah Jennifer Chase, Nurse Practitioner

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and over six years of experience as a Registered Nurse in both medical-surgical and behavioral health settings. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, and I have a particular passion for supporting those living with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions.

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I strongly believe in shared decision-making and strive to create a space where each individual feels heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment. Mental health care should never be one-size-fits-all, and I work with each patient to develop a plan that reflects their unique needs, values, and goals.

I’m currently completing my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Frontier Nursing University and continue to expand my skills to offer the highest quality care possible. Whether I’m connecting with patients in person, virtually, or over the phone, my goal is always to provide support that is empathetic, evidence-based, and effective.
