Specializes In:
Life can change suddenly, through trauma, illness, loss, burnout, relationship strain, or simply carrying too much for too long. I work with adults, couples, first responders, veterans, and LGBTQ+ clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and recovery from difficult life experiences. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and nonjudgmental, with space for both honesty and humor.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, grief, chronic illness, eating disorders, stress, insomnia, self-esteem, and relationship challenges including divorce, infidelity, and ENM/poly relationships. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-friendly, sex-positive, and welcoming to bisexual, gay, lesbian, transgender, and nonbinary clients.
My approach is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and grounded in real life. I work with people navigating trauma, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, burnout, and relationship stress, especially those in high-stress professions. Therapy with me is affirming, collaborative, and judgment-free, creating space for healing, stability, and authentic connection.
