Dr. Robert Wilkins sees patients of age eighteen and up at Lifestance. He provides some limited therapy for mood and anxiety disorders. He treats depression, anxiety, psychotic conditions, substance abuse, and ADHD. There is a special interest in the treatment of PTSD. Dr. Wilkins obtained his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, and then completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Colorado. He spent many years at the Veterans Administration before coming to Lifestance.

I've had a totally excellent experience with Lifestance. I had one negative experience with a female doctor when we moved to North Carolina for a year due to she insisted on changing my medications that were working perfectly. However I changed doctors and I've had a great experience with the last doctor in North Carolina as well as with the current doctor here in Florida. The current doctor as with the last have kept my medications just right to where I've been feeling very well. I'm very grateful for their help. Thank you Lifestance.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and caring about his patients. He listens carefully and provides the best care I have found anywhere. Also, I appreciate the recent change in teleconference providers. The previous one had multiple glitches and lost communication while speaking with the doctor. This new company seems to work without flaws (so far) and also lets you know that the video calls are encrypted and are not recorded unless you are notified.

Dr. Wilkins is a great psychiatrist who listens to his patients, a quality that some psychiatrists lack. He's patient, extremely caring, and compassionate. It's been a pleasure working with him since he relocated to the area about a year ago. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. I'm extremely pleased with the care I receive from him. He's always on time, and my sessions are relaxed and non-rushed.

My experience was very satisfactory.Because I love my provider, I hadn't seen him in 3 yrs but I didnt have to rehash anything with him because he already new my story. I introduced him to my brother, we are very happy with Dr. WILKINS, he is a very compassionate and caring doctor and takes his time with you he doesn't rush you and he truly cares about you.

Dr. Wilkins is by far the most amazing doctor I've ever met with. He truly cares and listens to my concerns and helps find a solution. Im very grateful for finding Dr. Wilkins as I've struggled with sever anxiety since having COVID last July. I highly recommend him, because he truly cares. Plus he is very responsive and his office staff is as well.
